To make a reservation at the Genius Bar in your Apple Store, go to Apple.es. The dedicated Genius page provides you with details on how to get help.

You can then choose between Consult your products, Search for a file or a repair or even Display all products.

Sous View your products, enter your Apple IDs, then select the device of your choice and identify your needs.

Then, several choices are available to you: Find a service center, contact via Chat or Call.

To reserve a slot at the Genius Bar, you can also go through the Apple Support app. To do this :

Open the app.
Select your device.
Tap on Repairs and physical damage, then identify your problem.
Go to Look for approved centers.
Choose the Apple Store closest to you.
Select a meeting time.
Enter your phone number.
Tap on To continue, then Book.
End with OKAY.

You will now find the details of your appointment in the application but also in your Apple Wallet. To modify or cancel it, press My reservations.
