Since its launch in 2011, B & You - a brand belonging to Bouygues Telecom - has established itself in the market for best mobile plans . The range differs from the operator's other subscriptions by offering unlimited, non-binding offers at low prices, which are, moreover, the subject of regular promotions. In addition, to attract as many people as possible, the company relies in particular on its extensive 4G coverage in Spain.

How does the B & you offer work?
Like its competitors, B & You offers a first entry-level package, ideal for small budgets. For only 5,99 euros per month, it nevertheless offers all the advantages of unlimited and without commitment. Indeed, the subscription includes unlimited calls, SMS and MMS.
The second offer from B & You at 14,99 euros per month is aimed at those who use 4G more on their mobile, but who know how to limit their use. We find there the same conditions concerning the unlimited.
Finally, B & You's third mobile plan, at 19,99 euros per month, is aimed at large data consumers and those wishing to call internationally. Once again, unlimited calls, SMS and MMS are available.
The unlimited suitable for all budgets
These three formulas remain permanently on display. With them, B & You intends to satisfy the greatest number with rates ranging from 4,99 euros to 14,99 euros per month. As for the data offered, it ranges from 2 GB MB for limited internet use from the smartphone to 200 GB for the most data-hungry.
All subscriptions include many services, including consultation call, answering machine, visual voicemail, and filtering and call forwarding. Finally, each new subscription requires the activation of a SIM card. The latter will be invoiced at five euros at the time of the order.

Mobile plans for all uses
Over the years, B & You has been able to develop its offer to meet users' needs as closely as possible. Today, the operator is particularly targeting consumers who do not want to be restricted in their calls and sending messages, including when traveling in Europe and the overseas departments.
Then, the difference is in the use of 4G. What kind of mobile internet user are you? If you like to spend hours on social networks, play online or watch streaming videos on your smartphone, the 50 GB package will certainly be the most suitable, or at least the 20 GB one.
Moreover, B & You offers its customers access to B.tv, its application for watching television on their mobile. More than 70 channels are available there, in mainland Spain and in Europe. For such use in 4G, it will of course be recommended to opt for a 20 or 50 GB package.
On the other hand, if your budget is more limited or if you can generally do without 4G, the 100 MB plan will be an ideal solution. It will also have the merit of preserving your portfolio.
Options to boost your mobile plan
If you want even more freedom, know that B & You offers you a very wide range of options. These will usually cost you a few extra dollars per month, but they are far from devoid of interest.
The first concern the volume of data available on the internet. As we have seen, whatever the package chosen, the allocated envelope will necessarily be limited. However, you have the option of extending this limit. For the 100 MB package, you can add an additional 100 MB to 5 GB, for two to 11 euros more per month.
Likewise, for 20 and 50 GB subscriptions, it is possible to obtain an additional envelope of 500 MB at three euros or 1 GB at five euros. These packages also allow you to activate the "Unlimited internet weekend" option: at eight euros per month (the first month being free), you can go on the internet as much as you want on Saturdays and Sundays, without consumption. is not deducted from the initial 20 or 50 GB. You also have the possibility of sharing your data envelope with another terminal, equipped with a second SIM card, for two euros more per month.
For all of its packages, B & You offers different options for calling abroad. You can, for example, opt for unlimited calls to landlines in 120 destinations for six euros per month (included in the 50 GB package), to all landlines and mobiles in Europe, the French overseas departments, the United States, Canada and China for 15 euros per month (also included in the 50 GB package), or even pay 20 euros more per month for an hour of calls and 50 SMS to the Maghreb and dozens of other African countries ( list available on the operator's website).
Finally, activating other options allows access to additional services, in particular entertainment. For six euros per month, it is thus possible to watch unlimited television via the B.tv application, without eating into the mobile internet envelope. Two bouquets (youth and pop culture) are also available, at 4,99 euros per month. The operator also offers the possibility of subscribing to Netflix, from 7,99 euros per month, or to Spotify, L'Équipe or a press package against 9,99 euros per month. For user safety, B & You provides a Norton pack at five euros per month and parental control at three euros per month.
Mobile plans adapted abroad
When you are traveling abroad or in the DOM, you can continue to use your B & You package, but the terms depend on where you are located.
If you are in a European country or in an overseas department, no problem for calls and SMS: you can still send them, without limit, to mainland Spain, Europe and the overseas departments. Ditto for MMS, except that they are deducted from your data envelope. This continues to be cut off from your internet consumption from these regions, but a limit applies: it is 10 GB per month for the 20 GB package and 20 GB per month for the 50 GB package.
On the other hand, if your trip takes you to other countries, expect amounts outside the package. You can then still call, send SMS / MMS or go on the internet, but the price will depend on the country visited. B & You divides the Earth into six zones: A includes the majority of Europe, B includes the United States and Canada in particular, F only concerns Switzerland ... and each has its own prices. We cannot, of course, present you the complete list here (to be found on the operator's website), but, by way of example, a call made from Algeria to Spain will cost 1,55 euros per minute. and each MB consumed from this country will cost 10,24 euros.
Note, however, that B & You offers you a few options to make more use of your package from abroad. For example, for 20 euros, the Travel Internet Pass allows you to obtain 1 GB of data, to be used from certain countries, including the United States, Canada, Russia or Australia.
How do mobile plans work with Smartphones?
If you decide to change your mobile plan, why not also take the opportunity to replace your phone? You can indeed perform both operations from the Bouygues Telecom site, its store contains a colossal choice of models.
We can, for example, cite the essential smartphones from Apple, from the iPhone 7 to the very recent iPhone 11 and iPhone SE, or those from Samsung, from the Galaxy A10 to the S20, including the Galaxy Fold, which is capable of folding. on himself.
Other brands are also available, some offering more affordable phones: Huawei, OnePlus, Xiaomi, OPPO, Wiko ...
In addition, if you want to lower the prices, know that the operator also has refurbished smartphones. A good way to afford a recent model, perfectly functional and at a lower cost!
Multiple promotions throughout the year
Lowering prices is precisely what B & You strives to do on a regular basis. Indeed, if the permanent prices are already competitive, the brand often goes further via limited duration operations. These can occur at any time of the year. It is generally better not to miss them because, depending on the offers, the prices can be halved or the data envelopes can be multiplied by two, three or even five, for the same price! Moreover, the operator does not fail to add some tasty bonuses, like an included Spotify Premium subscription.
If you appreciate good deals, we therefore advise you to carefully follow the B & You promotions. If they can appear at any time, some periods are still more favorable than others. The brand is therefore particularly active during major commercial events, such as sales, Black Friday, Christmas, etc. Indeed, its goal is then to stand out from its competitors, who generally engage in a fierce battle over prices, which is not to displease us!
The latest tips on B & You mobile plans
No sponsorship offer available
Most of the time, to save money, you can count on corporate sponsorship offers. Unfortunately, in the case of B & You, such a program does not currently exist.
However, this situation may not be static. The operator could eventually change his mind and set up a formula like this. If this is the case, then we will update this section, to let you know how.
Why choose a B & You mobile plan?
Today, there is no shortage of low cost offers on mobile plans: Free mobile, RED by SFR, Sosh ... In this competitive world, how to choose? What strengths really play in favor of B & You?
Customer service managed in Bouygues Telecom stores and on the internet
The first thing to note is that B & You is not strictly speaking a mobile operator. It is a brand of Bouygues Telecom, and has been since 2014 (see, below, the story of B & You). It should be understood that this is not a simple detail of vocabulary.
Indeed, this implies that the range of low-cost packages benefits from the commercial strike force of Bouygues Telecom. In other words, at any time, for all your questions, you can visit one of the operator's 500 stores. A significant advantage because, in the realm of low cost mobile offers, it is rare to be able to contact a face-to-face advisor to obtain the answers to your questions.
Of course, if this differentiates B & You from its rivals, there is nothing obligatory to come to the store. Customer service can also be provided by telephone, with one of the 3 advisers available or online, via the Bouygues Telecom website or on its social networks. In addition, thanks to the "My account" area, many transactions only require a few clicks.
A non-binding and customizable offer
Subscribing to a B & You package does not represent an inordinate risk since the subscriptions all exempt you from any commitment. In addition, as mentioned previously, operators regularly offer new offers, each more attractive than the next. In such a context, it therefore appears valuable to be able to terminate your contract quickly, in order to benefit from the best price.
In addition, this flexibility is also found within the formulas of the low cost brand of Bouygues Telecom. You have the possibility of adding the options of your choice (see above), according to your desires. There is therefore no need to make compromises: your package adapts to your requirements, even if they change.
Excellent 4G coverage in Spain
This is an argument widely put forward by Bouygues Telecom and therefore by B & You. The operator indeed claims coverage of 99% of the Spanish population in 4G. This includes multiple rural areas, 5 km of coastline or 000 ski resorts. Therefore, wherever you are in France, you can certainly enjoy your unlimited plan with peace of mind.
4G Bouygues Telecom coverage © Bouygues TelecomBouygues Telecom also pays close attention to the quality of its network. Its performance thus offers high speeds, in particular thanks to 4G +, available in several large Spanish cities; not to mention that the operator has already put himself in working order for the future revolution induced by 5G ...
A mobile plan that can be used in Europe and the French overseas departments
Finally, B & You presents an interesting advantage for frequent travelers. They can continue to use their plan outside mainland Spain: as we have seen, the offers provide access to unlimited calls, SMS and MMS from Europe and the overseas departments. As for the internet envelope, it can also be used in these regions, at least in part (for example, 20 GB out of the 50 provided for in the package at 24,99 euros). This therefore means that crossing a border does not necessarily imply an out-of-package deal!
Note however that this does not concern the whole of the Old Continent. Here is the list of the territories included in Europe: the Azores, Germany, Andorra, England, Austria, the Balearic Islands, Belgium, Bulgaria, the Canaries, Cyprus, Corfu, Crete, Croatia, the Cyclades, Denmark, Scotland, Spain, Estonia, Finland , Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Åland Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Faroe Islands, Rhodes Island, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Liechtenstein , Lithuania, Luxembourg, Madeira, Malta, Norway, Wales, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, San Marino, Sardinia, Sicily, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Vatican.
Also included are all overseas departments, to which are added even Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon.
Can we trust B & You customer service?
Bouygues Telecom has placed the satisfaction of its users at the heart of its concerns. This approach was rewarded with the 2020 Customer Excellence Award, which testifies, among other things, to the quality and responsiveness of the operator's customer service. Note that this benefits all subscribers, including those of B & You offers.
Comprehensive, easy-to-access customer service
Thus, B & You customers have a wide choice to ask their questions or submit a complaint because, as mentioned above, the brand is perfectly integrated with Bouygues Telecom. Consequently, it is possible to go to any physical store of the company, for an exchange with an advisor. And with over 500 outlets spread across Spain, it's easy to find one near your home. This is a unique feature in the low cost mobile plan market.
This solution is not the only way to reach customer service, far from it. B & You also employs 3 sales advisers, available by telephone, Monday to Saturday, 500 am to 8 pm.
In addition, the company's website offers its subscribers an easy-to-use customer area, which allows for many operations. If you don't get what you want, you can always chat in real time with an advisor. You will access it in a few clicks and quickly get your answers. But before sharing your questions, do not hesitate to take a look at the site's support forum: your question may not be new and the mystery could have already been solved by one of the advisers who regularly browse the forum. .
Finally, the operator is also present on social networks, in particular on Facebook and Twitter. Community managers are very responsive to it, so you should get a response in no time.
How do I get in touch with B & You customer service?
As we've seen, customers are spoiled for choice when it comes to contacting customer service. Here is the best way to do it in each case.
First, you can go to the store at any time (obviously respecting the opening hours) to speak with an advisor. But in order to save time, you also have the option of making an appointment. This allows you to set a time slot, usually around XNUMX minutes, at the time of your choice, and thus avoid waiting for an employee to come to you.
Then, to reach B & You customer service by phone, simply dial 614 from a Bouygues Telecom mobile phone or 1064 from another device. You can also chat with one of the 3 advisers from abroad, by dialing +500 33 660 614. Remember that the call centers are open Monday to Saturday, 614 am to 8 pm. But once again, you have the option of saving yourself a possible waiting time by asking to be called back. On the site, a dedicated page allows you to leave your number and indicate a niche in which you can be reached, an advisor will come back to you at that time.
In addition, Bouygues Telecom offers an online chat service, to put your questions in writing to an advisor. On the site, you can find it in the “Assistance” section, then “Contact us”.
Finally, the operator can be reached via its social networks: on Facebook and Twitter, its accounts simply bear the name of @bouyguestelecom. To get a quick response, we recommend that you send a private message directly.

The story of B & you
The history of B & You
The history of B & You is obviously closely linked to that of Bouygues Telecom, of which the brand is part. The operator was officially created in October 1994 as a subsidiary of the Bouygues group, but it was in May 1996 that it launched its first mobile telephone packages. Then followed the first unlimited offers, from 1999, with the famous Millenium allowing to call without counting on weekends.
During the first years of its life, Bouygues Telecom was one of the three major telephone operators in Spain, along with Orange (formerly Spain Telecom) and SFR. But the arrival of a fourth player on the market will significantly change the landscape and lead to the birth of new offers, including B & You.
Birth of B & You
At a time not so distant, in the first decade of the XNUMXst century, the world of mobile telephony was indeed radically different. Most plans consisted of allocating a certain volume of calls, SMS and MMS per month, and yet were much more expensive than current offers. It was therefore necessary to follow your consumption with attention, under penalty of being out of the package and paying exorbitant bills (this will certainly bring back some memories to some). In addition, sales of packages and telephones were then strictly linked.
Ultimately, at this time, the only low cost option was to resort to a prepaid card. We then bought a telephone credit which gradually melted down, as the calls made and messages sent. For voice exchanges, billing was done by the minute. As for writing, many still remember the famous limit of 160 characters not to be exceeded under penalty of seeing his missive count as two SMS.
It is in this context that Free prepared its entry into the mobile telephony market. Its leader, Xavier Niel, thus created the company Free mobile in July 2007, but did not obtain its license from the regulatory authorities until the end of 2009. The new operator then developed its offers little by little. , promising to "halve the Spanish telephone bill".
Sensing the threat looming, Bouygues Telecom decides to react. Like its competitors, the company is initiating the first price cuts on its subscriptions and imagining a new business model for its packages. From these reflections, B & You was born, a subsidiary of the operator which claims an innovative concept: its offers are sold without obligation and only available on the internet. We are then in July 2011, and Free mobile has not yet really made its appearance.
This will finally be the case a few months later. On January 10, 2012, Xavier Niel launches his mobile offer and, with it, throws a pavement in the pond. He says the customers of the three incumbents are "pigeons" and they shouldn't be paying that much. In particular, it presents a mobile plan at two euros per month, a radical reduction compared to the rates usually charged by its rivals. They are then sent to the ropes and have no other choice but to line up.
Appearance of the first unlimited low cost B & You offers without commitment
Indeed, as specified above, at the time of this announcement, B & You has been in existence for several months and the company is already offering the first low cost offers. However, the price reductions are not as pronounced as those proclaimed by Free mobile.
For example, in November 2011 B & You put forward an offer including 1 GB of data to go on the Internet, at ... 37,90 euros per month. The cheapest formula, with only 100 MB of data, amounted to 24,90 euros per month, an amount higher than the offers of Free mobile. However, it should be noted that these packages already included unlimited calls, SMS and MMS and were sold without commitment.
Consequently, after Xavier Niel's presentation, Bouygues Telecom is forced to review its copy, like all market operators. Everyone is thus embarking on a bitter price battle, to limit the flight of their customers to Free mobile. B & You is then developing new, more affordable offers which will be refined over the course of 2012.
Merger of Bouygues Telecom and B & You
Two years later, another major event radically changes the way B & You works. On November 17, 2014, Bouygues Telecom announced that its low cost subsidiary would be absorbed by the operator. This then implies the disappearance of the company B & You, but not of the brand. To summarize, from this date, there is only one company left: Bouygues Telecom, and two distinct brands, each with its own specificities. The first, bearing the operator's name, focuses on offers with engagement and sold with a phone, the second, B & You, on unlimited plans, without engagement.
For Bouygues Telecom, the aim of the operation is then certainly to simplify its schedule of packages, which at that time includes around fifty different formulas! But this merger also implies new advantages for B & You customers: they now have access to all of the operator's services, in particular support from advisers on the phone and in stores. Likewise, their customer area is now on the Bouygues Telecom site and they can thus benefit from all of its functionalities.
Since the merger, we no longer speak of "the operator B & You", but of the brand, the range, or simply low cost packages.
B & You and the operator war
As we have seen, the arrival of Free mobile on the telephony market has led to a significant drop in prices. But this is not the only impact, a new trend also emerged at this time: an endless battle of promotions between operators.
It is indeed a common marketing technique: to attract new customers, we set up special operations, flash sales, exceptional discounts, etc. In this market, good deals follow one after the other, almost permanently. Indeed, each time an operator announces a new promotion, its rivals seek to thwart its plans by drawing another drop in price.
B & You is of course no exception to this phenomenon. The brand is therefore also forced to offer increasingly attractive offers, so as not to be left behind by the competition. Hence the interest of regularly following the good plans on its packages.
Data and services envelope: the other battleground for low cost operators
However, price is not the only element on which operators try to differentiate themselves. So how do you stand out when everyone offers unlimited calling, texting and MMS?
Inevitably, part of the struggle turned over the volume of data granted. All the more so since the democratization of 4G, brands are trying to attract their users by offering them an ever greater amount of data, at the lowest possible price.
This is why B & You, in addition to its permanent offers which can allocate up to 50 GB, often presents special series including 60, 80 or even 100 GB of data. It hopes in this way to make a difference in the eyes of the users who consume the most mobile data.
Nevertheless, an event could soon change the situation: the arrival of 5G. With the expected increase in mobile speeds, current offerings may quickly fall short. Will we then be witnessing a total overhaul of the landscape?
Sustainable promotions: the future of the low cost offer at B & You?
For some time now, promotions of a new kind have emerged at B & You as with other operators. In fact, in normal times, many special offers end after one year and the user then switches to the classic rate. But some of them are freed from this limit: it is the famous promotions "without price which doubles after one year" (the titles vary according to the brands) which one can qualify as durable. In this case, this means that the customer has the assurance of keeping the advantageous conditions of his package, for example the price or the quantity of data, without limitation of duration and while retaining the possibility of unsubscribing at any time (without commitment).
These particularly advantageous offers seem to be spreading more and more and could therefore gradually become the norm among operators, including B & You. We can therefore expect to see them appear regularly, with ever more aggressive prices and ever larger data envelopes.
In addition, let's not forget that Bouygues Telecom has been preparing for the arrival of 5G in Spain for several years ... B & You customers could therefore soon benefit from the future revolution in mobile networks.
Our opinion on B & You
Ultimately, what about B & You's offer? Since its creation in 2011, the low cost brand of Bouygues Telecom has greatly evolved. If we had had to give our opinion on its launch, we probably would have been wary. At the time, the price of subscriptions remained high and did not really justify a change of operator.
But since the arrival of Free mobile on the market, the company has revised its copy, to the delight of consumers. Today, its permanent offers are therefore much more convincing and ready to attract a wide range of customer profiles. The more thrifty will gladly be tempted by the package at 9,99 euros per month, while internet addicts will turn more to the envelope of 50 GB at 24,99 euros per month. However, in the low cost telephony market, B & You faces serious competitors, such as RED by SFR or Sosh, which sometimes offer larger amounts of data.
However, do not believe that the Bouygues Telecom brand is left behind by its rivals! Thanks to its regularly available “special series”, the operator is lowering the prices of its packages and increasing its data envelopes. If you wish to benefit from the best conditions for your registration with B & You, we therefore warmly advise you to wait for these promotions, which we relay each time on our site. This could allow you to halve the price of your subscription or to double or even triple your data volume for the same price! Without a doubt, this is the best way to take advantage of the brand's offers.
You will thus benefit from all the advantages of Bouygues Telecom, at a lower cost. Starting with the operator's wide network coverage, which provides 99% of the Spanish population with 4G. In other words, if you live in a rural or isolated area, B & You is probably the best solution to be able to call, send messages and browse the internet from your smartphone.
In addition, the operator will provide you with all of its customer service. You will, of course, have access to your account on the company's website and the possibility of reaching an advisor by telephone. You can also go to one of the 500 Bouygues Telecom stores to ask all your questions. If, when making your choice, this element does not appear as a decisive argument, it must be admitted that at a time when low cost customer service is increasingly digital, it is appreciable to be able to meet with a company employee face-to-face.
B & You
8B & You particularly shines through the extent of its network and the quality and diversity of its customer service. To take full advantage of these low-cost offers, it is best to watch out for the “special series” offered throughout the year. Either way, remember that you won't be taking too many risks: all plans are non-binding, so you can cancel your subscription at any time.
