It may happen that the image on the screen, on the TV as on the Nintendo Switch, or frozen. Here is how to perform some checks, and solve the problem
The screen image is frozen ... what to do?
If the image of your Nintendo Switch seems frozen, check these different points.
1. Make sure the controllers are properly connected with the console.
Your controller may be unloaded, and therefore not synchronized with your console.
2. Check the game card port, but also the microSD port
3. If necessary, clean them (delicately) with a soft, dry cloth.
If the console remains desperately frozen, you can force a restart of the machine. press and hold the Power button for 12 seconds.
Once the console is off, you can turn it back on by pressing that same Power button.
